Known to us as LRCs, there are some simple rules when using them with young people…
- Using as few items as possible (usually less than 10)
- Commonly found resources
- Takes no longer than 15 minutes
- All, or most, resources can be reused afterwards
The concept of LRCs are adapted from the Apollo 13 NASA mission in 1970 where the astronauts were challenged to find solutions to problems they might face during their missions into space.
